Right Here Right Now-thoughts

A bit tired today...have been up like 24 hours and some more. Been to Stockholm at Club Killers, reggae club you can say. Great big band and great artists.
I took the opportunity yesterday and filled up my Mp3 player with the latest single release from BWO, Right Here Right Now. When you go by train you get plenty of time to listen, analyze and think. As I told you last time I really like Oscar Holters remix of Right Here Right Now. I can see a positive development. The other surprise is that I think that all remixes have the same positive outcome. So question is, is this only because BWO has made a lot of changes in their soundbase or is this because the people behind the mixes have made a big change also ? Of course the change BWO made most have an influence to the remixes too, but I would definately say that all remixers has done the same step.
My top 3 is:
Right Here Right Now(Oscar Holter Radio Mix)
RHRN(SoundFactory Extended Club Mix)
RHRN(Skylab Remix)

What a disco night one can have hearing this !

Next week time for RixFM Festival in Eskilstuna, Sweden Friday 5th of June. Hope to see many BWO fans there. Come and give Alexander, Marina and Martin your support and appreciation. RixFM Festival starts at 7PM.

I hope you all have seen the new forum at BWO Fanclub Worldwide. Go in and register and make your voice heard. Everyone counts and it would be very cool to discuss BWO Worldwide. Hope to see you there !

RixFM Festival

I went to see the opening of RixFM Festival in Stockholm Friday eve (15/5).
As usual this was held in Kungsträdgården. Was a lovely sunny eve though very chilly.
This year they had changed a bit, so I who am in wheelchair got the best place one can get right in front of stage. I just missed my dear BWO. Noone can beat them in music.
But the 5th of June they will be on stage in Eskilstuna with RixFM..and of course I will be there and take photos !
The artists that was on stage in Stockholm was HEAT, Alcazar, Måns Zelmerlöw, Snow Patrol, Kim, Janet, EMD and Sarah Dawn Finér. Great artists and a lot of good music.
I was also lucky enough to get a t-shirt. This was my 4th time I was at the opening in Stockholm.

In your voting about Big Science this is the 5 top list:

1. Right Here Right Now
2. Rise To The Occassion and Thunderbolt
3. Bite The Bullet and You're Not Alone (disco version)
4. Rhythm Of The Night
5. Burning Down The House and Love Came Crashing Down

For me You're Not Alone ballad version) will forever be the best one. I don't know how I will react when I hear that one on stage, cause it touches my heart.

I don't know how many of you that followed Eurovision Song Contest this Saturday.
I did and everything was a big disappointment. I don't think that I have ever heard so many bad contributions. I think that BWO had made a very good competition if they had been there, yes I am absolutely sure.

A little chat when Big Science was released.

When the release party of Big Science was held, improveme.se had a little chat with BWO..and here you have that:

What can we expect the new disc?

Alexander Bard: We have been working with songwriting in two years and production in a whole year, so it is very different from almost everything that is out now. Almost everything else is the indie stuff that is rather quickly done. Inexpensive, it should be also. And we have done exactly the opposite. We have made it very expensive and we have poked with it for a very long time. We have live strings and we have solo choirs. We have not compromised anything.

How is it different from your previous music?

Martin Rolinski: It is a little different things that differs. Secondly, it is my voice, I have gone down a tone to it better suited to the music we are doing right now. It is a little softer, a little more Motown-inspired.

Marina Schiptjenko: It sounds like BWO, it's just that it is more updated. Even more BWO!

How vain are you?

Martin Rolinski: good. Marina is probably the worst, I think.

Marina Schiptjenko: I'm not like that not sure that I have to add on any war painting just to buy milk. But it is to keep the style all the time. I want to see nice out.

Alexander Bard: Marina begins every morning to go out on a two mil(20 kilometer) long walk with her dog, so the dog is run-down when she comes back home. She has this Russian thing, she is very Russian. It looks at her attitude and I like that with Marina. You can see that she went to ballet school. She has no wrinkles yet and she is well over 40.

Alexander Bard: Martin then, are you vain?

Martin Rolinski: Well, I'm probably not as vain as you think. But I am well enough vain to call me that.

Marina Schiptjenko: And you go to the gym.

Martin Rolinski: Yes, I do. You say you do it for health's sake, but that's bullshit.

Alexander Bard: We terror each other all the time about someone gaining weight.

Marina Schiptjenko: We stand and pinch each other in the fatrolls. It is Alexander and Martin as I flash my fatroll for, so that you will scream and say I need to lose weight.

Alexander Bard: Then we train all three. Marina kick boxing and practicing Pilates, because then you get female muscles.

Martin Rolinski: I go to the gym and practicing tennis.

Alexander Bard: And I swim. I long-distance swim in lakes in the summer. And then, I course, nudist, it's also good for the look.

Martin Rolinski: It is a little fun when we're out on tour actually, for Alexander always intimidate the local population to run around and swim naked.

How much do you think of your image?

Martin Rolinski: lot.

Marina Schiptjenko: 100 percent.

Alexander Bard: It is an important part of our band, I think. Is, a pop group, so the image is almost as important as the music.

What are you most satisfied with in your designs?

Martin Rolinski: My ass.

Marina Schiptjenko: My legs.

Alexander Bard: beard growth.

A bit of this and that....

As many of you already know Rix FM Festival will start off Friday 15th in Stockholm. BWO will NOT perform there but they will join at some other places later on, but where is not decided yet.

Have you seen the new amazing startside made by Annelie Sundström at the fanclub ?
Thank you Annelie for always surprising with something new and fresh.

It is fun to now also follow the great steps BWO are doing in Japan. I am sure they will have a massive group of fans when they go there on tour later this year. If I would guess the concerts will be as big as them east out. Would be a blast to be there among everyone. I can hear the sound of a concert like that. Makes you proud to be a fan of a such great and interesting band.
Natsuki is keeping us updated with interesting news.

Do you all like me feel the music in the air when Summer is here ?
Watch out for a BWO Summer...nothing can beat that !
Over and out from a happy fan.

Righ Here Right Now video

Same eve that we had the BWO fanclub meeting in Stockholm, Alexander, Martin and Marina were going to try their outfits for this video and do the video the day after. And now I have just seen the result.
It is cool to recognize the expression from how they were dressed when not performing on stage during Melodifestivalen.
I love Alexander's tie - the Alzheimer tie! (During the Second chance I had double tie myself.)
Right Here Right Now is only growing for every day. Will become a big hit.
Have you heard the remix by Oscar Holter of RHRN ? If not I think you should go in at the Official Facebook site and listen.
http://www.facebook.com/pages/BWO/51481735877?ref=ts

Oscar has really grown in his mixing. Since yesterday I have listened to the first remixes by Oscar and forward and I see a development that I really like.
And here is the video:

Thanks Alexander, Marina and Martin for giving magic to life !

A little bit of everything...

I have gone through my computers to get them working better and to save what I want to have. One the stationary computer I found photos from 2007 Rix FM Festival in Örebro. Some are not good at all, but as a fan when you take live photos, you save what you get. I bet most of you agree with me.
The day there was very warm and lovely. We were 3 girls going by car there.
I remember I had an argument with the guards there. I wanted to stand as near the stage as possible. But as I am in wheelchair that doesn't always work. They had made a spot in some kind of wagon miles away from the stage and I wasn't satisfied at all.
One guy who worked was very mad at me and was going to take me away from there.
Then she came there a female guard, a bit of an angel. She said that I had every right to be where I were and she even forced the guy to apologize. That was a victory for me. And she also helped me out taking photos. The camera I had then was very bad. Today with the camera I have now there is a big difference.
On the photo Martin seems to be planning something naughty !

In the voting of what is best song at Big Science we have a new leader !
1. Rise To The Occasion 13 p
2. Right Here Right Now 12 p
Thunderbolt
3. Love Came Crashing Down 10 p
Rhythm Of The Night

And now only 11 days to Rix FM Festival...and the count down is on.

Pleased to read that BWO is doing so well in Japan. Congrats to you Alexander, Marina and Martin !
I hope you all follow the updates on BWO Fanclub Worldwide.
